Whole Bible Homeschool (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates wholebiblehomeschool.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
We have tried to write this in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@wholebiblehomeschool.com and we will explain it.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you join our email list: your email address, and optionally your first name and an indication of which age groups you teach.
When you buy something: your email address, billing information, and country or region for tax purposes. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
When you email us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may include your IP address (see the Google Analytics section below), browser type, pages visited, and referring site.
Email engagement: whether you opened an email or clicked a link in it. This helps us understand which resources are useful. You can stop this by disabling image loading in your email client.
Cookies: small files stored by your browser. See the cookies section below.
Why we collect it
- To send you the free resource you requested
- To deliver products you have purchased
- To send occasional emails about new resources, if you have asked to receive them
- To answer your questions
- To comply with tax and accounting obligations
- To keep the site secure and working
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with other businesses for their marketing.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy.

| Stripe / PayPal | Processes payments | stripe.com/privacy · paypal.com |
| Zoho Mail | Hosts our business email | zoho.com/privacy.html |
| Google Analytics | Measures website traffic and usage | policies.google.com/privacy |

About Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and what is useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and browsing behavior. You can opt out across all sites by installing Google’s browser add-on. Google’s Privacy Policy explains how they handle this data.
About reCAPTCHA
Our signup forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data — and sends it to Google for analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this use.
If you join our list, you will receive the resource you requested and occasional emails about new resources and articles.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. It works immediately and permanently, and you never need to explain why. If it ever fails, email hello@wholebiblehomeschool.com and we will remove you manually.
We use double opt-in: after you sign up, you must click a confirmation link before we send you anything else. This means we only email people who have actively asked us to.
If you buy something, you may receive emails about that purchase (receipt, download link, updates to the file you bought) regardless of your marketing preferences. These are transactional and necessary.
Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Essential functions — remembering items in your cart, keeping you logged in during checkout
- Bot protection — reCAPTCHA sets cookies to distinguish humans from automated traffic
- Analytics — Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site, so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.
Children
This website is directed at parents, guardians, and educators — not at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email hello@wholebiblehomeschool.com and we will delete it promptly.
Our printable resources are designed for children to use, but the purchasing, downloading, and account activity all happen through an adult.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (for email, the unsubscribe link does this instantly)
- Opt out of sale of personal information — though we do not sell it
To exercise any of these, email hello@wholebiblehomeschool.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If you are in the UK or EU: we process your data on the basis of your consent (for marketing email) and contract performance (for purchases). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are in California: you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights listed above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
How long we keep things
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honor your unsubscribe request
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years
- Email correspondence: up to two years, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
Security
We use reputable third-party services that encrypt data in transit and at rest. Our site uses HTTPS. Payment card details never touch our systems.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using this site, you consent to this transfer.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will notify email subscribers directly.
